In-Person Personal Training: This is the most comprehensive package. You get one-on-one personal training on a weekly basis. I’ll be right by your side to help with proper form and intensity. These are two key benefits that you won’t get out of the other types of training. As with the others, I will take care of writing your entire month of workouts, so you will have a plan for the days that I am not training with you in person. This is by far the best option for beginners who need lots of guidance. It’s also ideal for those who need the accountability to complete their workouts on a consistent basis.
Online Coaching: With this option, you will get a whole month of workouts to be completed on your own. We will have weekly check-ins via Skype to monitor your progress. During these check-ins I can answer any questions you might have on exercise selection, form, or nutrition. This is a good option for intermediate clients or already have pretty good form, and who are disciplined enough to monitor their own intensity.
Programming Only: This is the most basic option. You will get a month’s worth of workouts individualized to fit your goals. We will do one online check-in halfway into your program to ensure that you are on the right track. This option is meant for more advanced lifters who don’t need the motivation, knowledge, or accountability that most clients seek. This is great for individuals looking to take their workouts to the next level, but aren’t quite sure what an advanced program looks like.
